Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)

Walk by faith was a song conceived through a period of uncertainty and struggle. We were at a crossroad in our lives and needed to make some important decisions that would affect our future in a profound way.

The song, we believe, was inspired by the Holy Spirit as an answer to our prayers - to let go and let God - to walk by faith and not let our decisions be dictated only by the limitations of the things that our mere eyes could see. God was saying that He is a God who is much bigger than our circumstances and that His plans for us are for our good and are far and above greater than our wildest imagination. All that we need to do is to completely let go of trying to run our own lives and instead, to let God take full control, knowing that His grace is all that we need.

This song is not so much just an experience about walking in faith but a commitment to walk the journey by faith and to trust in God's provision and blessings in our lives and the flow on effects into other people's lives as a result.

「神是我主到老」这首歌是孕育于一段未知和挣扎期。当时我们正处于人生的分岔路，正要作出一个影响终生的抉择。

我们深信是圣灵用这首歌来回应我们的祷告，启发我们更深地学习放手让神领路的功课，因为要凭信心走天路，就是不以眼底所见的限制来作生命决策的依据。神教导我们知道衪是神，远比一切的规限为大，衪在我们身上美好的计划是远超我们所想所求的。唯一要旨，便是要努力学习放弃生命的主权，让神完完全全掌管，接纳神的恩典才是我们的必需。

这首歌不单是对凭信走天路的领悟，更是一种凭信委身的抉择，信靠神终生的供应和祝福，更将所结的善果滋养他人。
